As the Vice President and Managing Partner for JDS Renovations, Tom is responsible for securing new business opportunities for the company and overseeing the management of all ongoing projects.
Tom brings over 25 years' apartment construction and maintenance experience to the team where he previously worked at Middleburg Management as the Senior VP of Construction and Maintenance Service, and CAPREIT as the VP of Construction and Maintenance. Tom holds numerous industry certifications in construction and maintenance including EPA, OSHA, and mold remediation. Tom is also a NASCLA approved General Contractor as well as a Licensed Insurance Adjuster.
