Project Manager, Bill Chmelir, a retired Army National Guard Helicopter Pilot and Professional Engineer registered in Oregon and Colorado, has 17 years experience designing civil engineering projects, managing infrastructure development, and constructing residential, medical, & commercial buildings. Bill has been the Project Manager for the design of Jackson County / ODOT Transportation Improvements, design and construction of residential and commercial subdivisions, and the construction of commercial buildings and custom homes.
