On January 1, 2013, KaZaK Technologies was established as an unaffiliated small business from Plasan-US. Plasan-US had purchased KaZaK Composites in June, 2011. During the ensuing months KaZaK Composites was re-organized, re-focused and renamed to Plasan-US Defense Composite Structures (DCS). Mr. Mike McAleenan, KaZaK Composites Principle Investigator and Chief Engineer was selected to start KaZaK Technologies to continue working as a small business to design, develop and manufacture composite structural systems that solve customer problems in the military and non-military markets. KaZaK will continue to specialize in design and fabrication of high performance composite hardware tailored for production using low-cost automated manufacturing methods...
