In our roles as massage therapists and bodywork professionals, it is our job to be sensitive to the needs and unspoken words of those in our care. When we are able to quiet the chatter in our minds and tune into what is really important in the moment, we stand a much better chance of being able to touch on a deeper level. This gives rise to a better mind-body connection and to a fuller engagement of the bodies' own natural, self-healing processes... We believe in bodywork that makes a difference because, well, bodywork can make a big difference. We have an array of techniques in our skill set, some of which require more direct communication between client and therapist. If you are looking for a massage experience where "checking out" or "going away" is encouraged, then we are probably not the therapists for you.
