Brandon Beatty started his career with the Kelly Mortgage Team at Envoy in March 2020. He began as a Loan Officer Assistant and became a Licensed Loan Officer for Pennsylvania and New Jersey in September 2020! Brandon loves developing relationships with his clients, providing an enjoyable experience, and helping to alleviate the pressures that can come with home-buying and refinancing. Brandon will be with you and guide you from start to finish as you accomplish your mortgage financial goals!
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys playing golf and watching Philadelphia sports with his family and friends - Go Birds! Prior to joining the Kelly Mortgage Team, Brandon graduated from Pennsylvania State University (We Are!) in 2017 and spent the beginning of his professional career as a golf professional at top clubs in the New Jersey and Philadelphia areas.

Dan Brown serves as a senior loan consultant and has been with the Kelly Mortgage Team from the very beginning. Dan works to make sure that each of his clients accomplish their goals through mortgage financing, whether they are first-time or experienced homebuyers looking for their dream home.
Dan oversees the entire mortgage and home-buying process from start to finish. He is passionate about working with borrowers on this life-changing event and strives to leave a positive impact on their lives. Most importantly, Dan is committed to making sure that every client receives the best loan to suit their specific needs. At Envoy, Dan has been named one of the ten best Loan Officers and continues to contribute to the Kelly Mortgage Team's success.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, golfing, and rooting for his Philadelphia and University of Maryland sports teams. Dan is a member of the Delaware County and Main Line Chambers of Commerce and is a graduate of the University of Maryland. He lives with his wife Bridgett, daughter Corinne, and dog Scotty.

Dan combines a unique blend of creativity and insight that he has developed in various positions with National Mortgage Lenders including Sales and Senior Level Management. Dan and his family live in Newtown Square where he is active in his church and youth coaching.

Jim Gallagher has been with the Kelly Mortgage team since 2012 and is dedicated to helping his clients find a mortgage that is right for them. As a loan officer, Jim is passionate about educating clients throughout the entire home buying process and works tirelessly to make sure each client fully understands their options.
Inspired to join the Kelly Mortgage team after realizing he wanted a career and not just a weekly paycheck, Jim is proud of his decision to join the Kelly Mortgage team and is known for his hard work, loyalty, and professionalism. Jim's patience and persistence ensures that every client he works with leaves with a mortgage they are satisfied with, and a home that they are thrilled to move into.
Jim graduated from Clarion University with a degree in business marketing. He is a member of the Delco Group and lives with his wife Nicole and their son, James Jr.
A member of the Kelly Mortgage team since 2012, Jim Gallagher is focused on helping clients find a mortgage that is right for them.
Joe joined the Kelly Mortgage team in 2022 and is dedicated to providing a world-class mortgage experience.
Mike Thompson joined the Kelly Mortgage Team at Envoy Mortgage in 2013 and currently serves as Sales Manager. He has over 13 years of experience in sales and sales management in the mortgage industry. Mike attributes his success to strong client relationships, customer satisfaction, and consistent, ongoing communication.
Mike strives to provide the best experience possible for his clients, working with them side-by-side to explain their options and make the best decisions for their situations. His team operates under a "Team Philosophy" mentality, which enables them to deliver a more effective and efficient mortgage process. Originally from Western PA, Mike started his career in a family-owned business, where he quickly learned the importance of hard work and listening to his clients' needs.
Mike joined Envoy Mortgage in September of 2013 bringing over 9 years of sales and sales management experience in the Mortgage Industry with him.

Steven Gouveia joined the Kelly Mortgage Team at Envoy Mortgage in 2015 and currently serves as Sales Manager. He has over 20 years of experience in the industry and is passionate about providing his clients the best possible experience. Prior to working at Envoy Mortgage, Steve worked at Reliance First Capital, where he served as the Business Development Manager.
Steven Gouveia serves as sales manager at Envoy Mortgage and brings with him over 15 years of experience in the field.
Wally Rutecki began his career with the Kelly Mortgage team in 2017 and is dedicated to helping his clients. He takes pride in getting to know them personally and strives to make their home-buying experiences as simple and stress-free as possible. He prioritizes their goals and educates them on a variety of different loan options available. Ultimately, Wally helps his clients make the best financial decision to suit their needs.
Outside of work, Wally is passionate about basketball and enjoys playing in his spare time. He was the captain of his alma mater's basketball team for three years, Susquehanna University. Wally is a member of the Delco Chamber of Commerce and Master Networks group, allowing Wally's clients to come to him for things outside of their mortgage needs. Wally is local to the area and was born and raised in Springfield, Delaware County. He currently resides in South Philadelphia.
Wally began his career with the Kelly Mortgage team in 2017 and has been working in the mortgage industry ever since.
