Stuart Kaye - CEO, Founder, President
Stuart Kaye, President, CEO and founder of Kaye Lifestyle Homes, has been involved in every aspect of the Naples real estate market since the early 1980s. With postgraduate degrees in real estate and finance, Stuart began his career as a licensed real estate broker, concentrating his practice on performing market research, feasibility studies and real estate consulting. A 1986 research project led to Kaye's first condominium development. From there, he developed several multifamily communities in some of Naples most prestigious neighborhoods.. He also is credited with helping initiate the revitalization of downtown Naples, beginning with renovation of the former United Telephone Building, now known as the Merrill Lynch Building. In 1991, Kaye Homes was created. While the initial business concentrated on entry level homes, Kaye launched a custom homes division in 2004, crafting homes valued over $4 million. Kaye Lifestyle Homes has now constructed more than 3,700 homes in Southwest Florida, the very best value for the money at all price points.

Stuart Kaye a nice man and he did a beautiful job building a beautiful home for me. Good people work for him especially Brandi Foster, and all of the office staff. Mike Slade is always there for you. We had to put a lot of things together to get this build done and we got it done. The work and attention paid to us by contractor Mauricio Lopez was excellent. I'm very happy with my decision to choose Kaye's Lifestyle Homes.
