Heather co-founded Keystone Real Estate Settlement Services in 2012 along with her long-time friend and co-owner, Tracy White. Heather began her career in the real estate closing and title industry in 1999 while still attending high school. She has an extensive title searching background, excellent communication skills, and has an all-around approachable personality which makes her an outstanding closing agent. Through her constant patience and persistence, Heather is rarely faced with a problem she can't resolve. Heather lives in Chambersburg with her husband and three children.
Tracy is the co-founder of the Keystone Real Estate Settlement Services and has worked in the field of real estate closings and titles since 1995. She has an eye for detail and a direct approach that make her an invaluable partner for Keystone. She is the "behind the scenes" backbone of Keystone with a strong background in title searching, accounting, document preparation and all aspects of office management. Tracy is dedicated to the field and strives to further educate herself and advance her company. She was born and raised in the Chambersburg area where she continues to live with her family.
