Originally from Suffolk, Virginia, Mr. Lampton graduated from the University of Virginia in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in Anthropology. After serving as a legal assistant at Arnold & Porter in Washington, DC from 1999-2001, Mr. Lampton attended Washington & Lee University School of Law, where he received the Alexander M. and Rose S. Harman Memorial Academic Scholarship, served as staffwriter on the Washington & Lee Law Review, and received his Juris Doctor in 2004.
