Our office is located in Mico, TX making us a part of this beautiful community in Medina County. L&L Custom Homes and Remodeling was founded by Lewis & Liz Winecoff. In 1999, Lewis moved to South Texas in search of a new job and instead found a new passion; building homes for families that would last a lifetime. In 2006 hand in hand, Lewis and Liz decided to launch L&L Custom Homes. Together they began their Journey as a Premiere Home Builder in South Texas. Lewis and Liz have loved every step of the way each day working with clients and being able to present to them their final step in the process, home ownership... L&L Custom Homes is experienced in various South Texas regions. With our ability to build on your lot we have serviced areas all across the Hill Country. Having been able to work across the counties of Medina, Bandera, Bexar, Guadalupe, Atascosa, and Comal we work with local municipalities to ensure your home is built according to local building codes.
