We pride ourselves in being part of the community and on our ability to address individual patient needs... We are a multilingual practice which is paramount with the diverse range of languages within the area. We are well versed on the needs of the many different religions that we deal with... As we know our patients well, we book appointments accordingly. For instance when a female patient books an appointment, we are aware that dependent on her religion we may need to accommodate a chaperone. We also aim to ensure that a member of staff is available to all patients at all times who is able to speak their language. The practice is proud to be able to speak English, Urdu, Hindi, Gujuarati, Swahili, Punjabi and Bengali. However, should we have a patient with a language that we are unfamiliar with we are able to offer an interpreter within an hour on request.
