Chelley started her career at LTS in 1998 as receptionist and assistant to the registrar. Since then she has worked in many positions at LTS finally settling into her current position as Director of Communications.
Chelley enjoys spending her free time on motorcycle trips with her husband Dana and daughter Charleigh (LTS class of '21).

Courtney lives in Wells with her husband, Brian, and her three children: Blake (a current 10th grade student at Long Trail), Hunter (an 8th grader at Dorset Elementary) and Anabel (a 3rd grader at Wells Village School). Courtney moved to Vermont from Maryland as a high school sophomore and attended Burr and Burton Academy. She fell in love with accounting after taking an accounting class at BBA. She received her Bachelor of Science in Professional Accounting from the University of Vermont and upon graduation, she entered the world of public accounting in Manchester. She received her Certificate of Public Accounting (CPA) in 2014 after passing the exam on her first attempt. She worked at several local firms over the last eighteen years and has decided to shift to a private accounting career. In her spare time, she enjoys home improvement projects with her husband, traveling the world and sitting on the beach.

Ian has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 25 years. They have two beautiful children who are now all grown up and out on their own.
Ian spent twenty years in the United States Army as a Documentation and Production Specialist. After retiring from the Army Ian worked as a photographer, graphic designer and fine arts events coordinator in Texas. Then Ian attended the Tom Savini Special Make-up Effects Program to learn sculpting, prop fabrication and add many other cool art techniques to add to his artistic toolbox. Once he graduated he and his wife returned to Vermont (born way up north in Newport a long time ago) where he attended the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelors in Art with a concentration in Studio. He is excited to teach and share his techniques and experience with the Long Trail School student body and be a contributing member of the art department.

John most recently served four years as the head coach at Frankfurt International School. He has also coached at Colorado Academy and in Washington state at the Bush School, Overlake, and Seattle Academy. He guided his team to a state championship while at the Bush School. Schneble, who holds a United States Soccer Federation C license, received his master's degree from Seattle University.

Kate comes to LTS from The Mountain School. She attended Lyndon State College and earned her undergraduate degree in Secondary Education with a focus in English and Philosophy, and her master's degree in Education.

Kileen has several years of experience teaching German at different levels, co-coordinating and chaperoning an exchange program for students going to Germany, and coaching snowboarding. In addition, Kileen also studied German and Austrian history and humanities abroad at Karl Franzens University in Graz, Austria. Kileen lives in Danby with her husband and daughter.

Lillian finds a home and her life's work on the stage. Whether it's teaching or performing, Lillian enjoys sharing the joy of the creative process with those around her. After graduating from Muhlenberg College, Lillian began working in regional theatre houses and travelling the world as a principal performer and vocal captain for Norwegian Cruise Lines. Recently, Lillian moved back to her home state of Vermont where she spends much of her free time exploring, singing, dancing, and hiking. Lillian continues to act in local films, commercials, and voice over work. You may have most recently seen Lillian's work as the choreographer for the Paramount Theater and the assistant director of the Dorset Ballet Theater.

Mary Ellen comes to LTS with a wealth of experience in the public school system with a concentration in curriculum design. A math teacher, Mary Ellen began her teaching career at Memorial Middle School in Hudson, NH then moved to Concord Middle School in Concord, MA. She moved to Gibbons Middle School in Westborough, MA as a teacher and mathematics department chair. She later worked at Nashoba Regional School District as the K-8 curriculum specialist and teacher where she worked on curriculum writing, text evaluation and professional development. She returned to Gibbons MS as a math and science teacher for seventh and eighth grade students. Mary Ellen then moved to Qualters Middle School in Mansfield, MA as the Assistant Principal. She has most recently been the Principal at Northbridge Middle School in Whitinsville, MA. Mary Ellen attended St. Michael's College (VT) where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and a minor in Mathematics. She completed her education at Framingham State College (MA) where she received her Masters of Education with a focus on Educational Leadership.
Neal McIntyre comes to Long Trail School after serving as the principal at flood Brook School in Londonderry for the last nine years. Prior to his time at FBS, Neal worked as a science department member at Kimball Union Academy in Meriden, New Hampshire, as well as The Ethel Walker School in Simsbury, Connecticut. Before beginning his career in education, Neal worked as a supervisor at the Bronx Zoo, and served as an animal curator at a small children's science museum in Manchester, Connecticut.
Neal holds a bachelor's degree in Wildlife Management from the University of New Hampshire, a master of education from Plymouth State University in special education, and CAGS degrees in Educational Leadership and Neurodevelopmental Approach to Learning, also from PSU. He lives with his wife and three children in Londonderry.
Paula has experience working in schools and the medical field. She has worked as a licensed nursing assistant/secretary, a dietary aide, and a paraeducator.
Renee taught 7th and 8th grade English for twenty years in Duxbury, MA before her recent position at Kindle Farm School for two years. She earned her BA at Stonehill College, majoring in English with a Secondary Education minor. Renee earned her MA at Middlebury College's Bread Loaf School of English.
Sam has been studying Spanish for over 11 years. Including two separate immersion programs created by Middlebury Interactive Languages Academy. Sam has experience and interests in coaching cross country, playing instruments, basketball, and track and field.
