NO REFUNDS : There is no refund if you cancel your reservation, you will receive a one time credit for a future rental depending on availability on your new rental reservation that never expires. To receive a credit for your rental that you cancelled you must call us to cancel before the rental day or you will lose your credit for a future rental. When you use your future rental credit and you reserve it in a holiday, high demand period or change of original destination, or additional days and time or your new rental dates are a higher rental price you will be required to pay the difference in rates for your new reservation. Also when you use your future rental for a different destination and times and dates there is no credits if the pricing is less than the original reservation. In the event that Lucien's does not have a van available for your reservation you will receive a full refund.
