Gayle Stone-Turesky

Gayle is an active member of the legal community. She has served as co-chair of the family law section of the Boston Bar Association and is currently co-chair of the section's Legislative Committee. She has also served as an editor for the Section Review Magazine of the Massachusetts Bar Association. She was appointed to serve on a state task force concerning the guidelines for child-support in divorce matters. Since 2014, Gayle has served on the faculty of the probate and family court's "Lawyer for a Day" program, providing training to lawyers who volunteer to help indigent clients on a walk-in basis. She is also frequently asked to provide training of family lawyers on subjects such as conciliation of cases, the child support guidelines. She regularly serves as a faculty member for programs put on by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Divorce Center. Gayle has represented clients in family law and probate matters for almost four decades. Her practice includes divorce, modification, custody, paternity, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, guardianships, administration of estates, and probate litigation. Gayle is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and she has consistently been named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer.

Marissa Prescott

Marissa Prescott has focused her practice exclusively on domestic relations matters since 2011 when she worked as a law clerk and then became an associate for a domestic relations firm in Boston. She later worked as a Sessions Clerk at the Middlesex Probate & Family Court, clerking for the Honorable Judge Jeffrey Abber. In this role, she ran daily court sessions and was the first point of contact in the courtroom for litigants and attorneys regarding court policies and procedure. In addition to working at the Court, Marissa also practiced at a boutique domestic relations firm in downtown Boston where she handled complex divorce matters. Having worked for private law firms as well as the Probate & Family Court, Marissa brings a unique perspective to each matter she handles. Marissa understands that issues falling under the jurisdiction of the Probate & Family Court can often be extremely sensitive and emotional for each client. Marissa handles each client personally, with a high attention to detail. She appreciates the importance of each client having their unique story told. Marissa is a 2012 graduate of Suffolk University Law School where she was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. She is a 2008 graduate of Bucknell University and a graduate of Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts. Meredith DeJesus Caradimos

Meredith has a deep and also practical understanding of Massachusetts family law. She is a straightforward advocate for her clients, with wisdom about and sensitivity toward the difficulties of the life transitions inherent in these cases. She works closely and strategically with her clients, carefully communicating through every step of the legal process. Meredith is a certified Parenting Coordinator in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (included on Court Approved Category V List), a certified Category F Guardian Ad Litem, as well as a certified mediator. Meredith serves as a volunteer in the "Lawyer for the Day" programs run by the family courts in Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth and Suffolk counties. She is also a volunteer pro bono lawyer for the Women's Bar Foundation Family Law Project. In 2017, Meredith was selected to be part of the Women's Bar Association's "Women's Leadership Initiative," a program that identifies "rising stars" for leadership development.
