Andrew Jeffery - CEO

In addition to his role as CEO, Andrew acts as Director of Acquisitions, responsible for sourcing potential investments for Millennial. He is also Chairman of the Board of Cirios Real Estate. Andrew co-founded Cirios Real Estate in 2008 with Ryan Taylor and Austin Nelson. Cirios has provided consulting and analytical services to small and large investment companies, in addition to operating a boutique real estate brokerage in San Francisco. In 2009, the Cirios team formed Cirios Ventures, LLC and made the first of several successful real estate investments. Through Andrew's guidance, Cirios partnered with Keelin-Reeds Partners to form Millennial Capital. From 2007-2008, Andrew worked at Minyanville Media, a financial news and information website, covering the financial services sector as an economics writer. Previous to his time with Minyanville, Andrew worked for six years in the mortgage finance industry. He and Ryan Taylor managed a $500 million revolving loan facility at The Winter Group, a diversified mortgage investment company. Andrew graduated from the University of California at San Diego in 2001 with degrees in Economics and Political Science. When not out scouting real estate deals, Andrew can generally be found trail running in Marin, Pacifica or Woodside.

Michael Mischke-Reeds - CFO

Chief Financial Officer of Millennial Capital. Michael is also a founding partner of Keelin Reeds Partners, LLC, where he has led a broad range of decision analysis and strategy projects for over 50 emerging companies, including asset valuation and product development strategy, partnership strategy, deal term negotiations and portfolio management. For Millennial Capital, he oversees accounting, taxes, and portfolio management; leads selected analyses of investment decisions; and supports investor reporting. Michael is Chief Executive Officer of Turning Point Asset Management, a $30 million investment fund comprised of residential mortgages. Previously, Michael co-founded and managed three venture-backed startup companies: Common Ground Software, Chiron Informatics, and Fast Track Systems. Earlier, while at SDG, Michael led strategy and portfolio management projects for Global 1000 companies. Michael is Chairman of the Board of Dharma Ocean, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting mindfulness and meditation. Michael received his BA in Philosophy from Stanford University, where he was a pre-med student and completed the entire graduate curriculum in Decision Sciences. Michael also holds an MA in Psychology from Naropa University.

Ryan Taylor - COO

Ryan oversees Millennial operations, including obtaining financing for all properties in Millennial's portfolio. Ryan is also the Chief Executive Officer of Cirios Real Estate. Ryan co-founded Cirios with Andrew Jeffery and Austin Nelson in 2008. He has headed up sales and operations for the company since its inception. Under his watch, Cirios has consulted for some of the country's largest private equity firms, profitably managed assets for several private investment groups and brokered the sale of over $35 million of distressed real estate. In January 2012 Ryan was named CEO of Cirios Real Estate and played a key role in the formation of Millennial Capital. Ryan worked with Andrew at The Winter Group, a diversified mortgage investment company, from 2005-2007. He oversaw funding and risk management for a $500 million lending platform. He later moved to the trading desk where he became Director of Property Valuation for the firm's $13 billion portfolio. In this position, Ryan worked directly with mortgage traders to sell pools of mortgages to investment banks and private equity firms. Previous to his work at The Winter Group, Ryan oversaw the records department at the law firm Sideman and Bancroft in San Francisco. He graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology from Indiana University in 2001. When not managing real estate investments, Ryan can be found chasing down his two-year old daughter, Erin.

Tom Keelin - Chairman

Over a 35 year career, Tom has specialized in advising and managing investments and in adding significant value to investment decision-making. For Millennial Capital, Tom leads the investment analytics in support of acquisition, capital improvement, and disposition decision-making; and oversees investor relations, communications, and reporting. Tom has led strategic advisory assignments with more than 80 companies from Fortune 500 firms to venture-backed startup companies. He is also a Managing Director of Turning Point Asset Management, a $30 million investment fund comprised of residential mortgages. Tom also has a long family real estate background. Tom is a founding partner of Keelin Reeds Partners, LLC where he has supervised portfolio management, asset strategy and valuation, and deal term assessment and negotiation projects for more than 30 emerging companies since 2003. Previously, Tom served as Director of the Strategic Decisions Group (SDG), a business investment strategic advisory firm, from 1985 through 1999; Worldwide Managing Director from 1996 through 1999; and, at various times, head of its strategy, energy, and life sciences practice areas. He is a founder and board member of the nonprofit Decision Education Foundation, which helps teens learn good decision-making as a life skill. Tom holds three degrees from Stanford University: B.A. in economics and M.S. and PhD in Engineering Economic Systems.
