Andrew is a licensed professional engineer with over 15 years of experience in engineering, and more specifically, designing, troubleshooting, and operating building systems in hospitals and life science applications. Andrew's experience includes working internally at one of the world's leading children's hospitals in Philadelphia, where he was responsible for the design oversight and construction of engineering systems for the opening of a new hospital in the Philadelphia suburbs. He was also responsible for the design oversight of a new research laboratory and vivarium high-rise in Philadelphia. From his seat on the client side for many years, Andrew brings a complete perspective for projects including a sense of practical urgency and the ability to achieve technical excellence all while meeting fiscal requirements. It is this experience that he brings to his role of Managing Director, approaching challenges in a holistic way, and using his experience to successfully deliver projects for our clients, that makes him an invaluable part of our team. His day-to-day responsibilities include the leadership of the Philadelphia office, along with the overall strategic planning, development, implementation, and ongoing stewardship of our presence in the greater Philadelphia area.
Andrew received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University in 2006. Andrew is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and in the State of New Jersey.

Manuel is a veteran leader in the industry with over 35 years of experience. Trained as an architect, his expertise spans various sectors, including architecture, real estate, corporate advisory services, client representation, and business development. A proven leader in the field, he has spearheaded numerous repositioning and new construction projects within the Greater New York/New Jersey area. During his tenure on the client side alone, he was responsible for designing and constructing over 100 tenant improvement projects annually, encompassing more than 2 million square feet of office space and 500,000 square feet of construction. With his extensive experience in project design and management, overseeing multiple design studios and teams, coupled with his profound knowledge of the New York/New Jersey marketplace, he is an invaluable asset to the MGE family and the ideal professional to lead our NJ office. His day-to-day responsibilities include leading the NJ office, strategic planning, development, implementation, and overseeing and managing all ongoing projects.

Michael Marino is a principal of the firm with over 4 decades of experience in electrical engineering and project management. He is personally involved in the project direction and design development of the projects he overseas. Mike's success can be attributed to his attention to detail and high degree of accuracy and organization. He has served as principal-in-charge for a wide variety of major projects including corporate interiors, trading facilities, schools, restaurants, retail stores as well as newly constructed/renovated commercial, residential and hotel projects. In addition, Mike spearheads various aspects of the company's high-level administration including business development, sales, marketing and operations management.
