MCGUNAGLE HENTZ - Key Persons
Ken concentrates his practice on commercial real estate and finance, estate planning and administration, affordable housing and land use. Ken has extensive experience with real estate transactions and title matters, and represents several commercial lenders. He regularly advises clients with estate planning, and has represented estates in probate court throughout Rhode Island. Ken is regularly involved in affordable housing development, whether engaged as lender's counselor acting as attorney for community development organizations.
Ken served as a delegate to the Constitutional Convention of the State of Rhode Island and chaired its Committee on Local Government. Ken also served as a member of the Cranston City Council from 1987 through 1995. Ken has been actively involved the ALS Association, having served as President of the Rhode Island Chapter for several years and presently serving as Chair of the Board of Representatives of the national organization.
