No dynamic company can survive without the leadership of an Information Technology leader. Our VP of Customer Support, Chad Hoffman has been with Midstates for over 15 years, leading Midstates through the complex world of information management and advanced technologies. Chad ensures Midstates IT systems are secure both internally and externally, protecting customer data at all times at the highest levels available. Chad received a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Northern State University. Chad is married with a daughter and a son and enjoys spending time outdoors.

Like the printing industry we've transformed from an 1800's South Dakota magazine to a multi-faceted print and media solutions group.
Our roots date back to the late 1800's when The Dakota Farmer, a farming and agriculture magazine exceeded a circulation of more than 80,000. For local farmers, The Dakota Farmer was an integral communication tool available to rural farmers to help them learn more about farming efficiencies and technologies. We've come a long way since then. For the next seventy years, The Dakota Farmer would be transformed into a commercial print shop and renamed North Plains Press. It is here that our Chairman of the Board, Roger Feickert, got his start in the printing industry.
Roger began his career as a production worker and quickly rose through the ranks. By 1986, Roger purchased the company and renamed it Midstates Printing, Inc. For the next 30 years Roger's passion for his customers, a keen business acuity and love of printing propelled the company to become one of the top 140 commercial printing companies in the US.
Today, Midstates Printing Inc. has evolved into a diversified company aptly renamed Midstates Group, which includes three company brands: Midstates Group, Quality Quick Print and Panther. Roger's sons Matt and Justin joined the firm in 1999 and 2003 respectively. Roger recently retired and remains our Chairman of the Board. Matt Feickert serves as CEO of the Midstates Group and Justin Feickert serves as CEO of QQP and Panther Graphics.

Eric Stevenson is our Vice President of Logistics. Eric received a Bachelor of Science in Education from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN and a MBA from Southwest MN State University in Marshall, MN. Eric has 30+ years of distribution and supply chain experience having spent 19 years at UPS before joining Midstates in 2006. Eric is active in the mailing industry and currently serves as Treasurer for Delivery Technology Advocacy Council (DTAC). DTAC focuses on advancing technology across the postal supply chan. Eric is married. His family includes two grown sons/their wives and five grandchildren. He enjoys all sporting activities, which includes chasing grandkids.

Justin Feickert was born and raised in Aberdeen, SD attending Roncalli High School and then earning a degree in Business Administration & Human Resource Management from Black Hills State University in 2003. He joined the SD Army National Guard in 1998 and deployed to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2004. He has served many roles in the family business from Sales Representative, Customer Service Manager, VP of Sales & Marketing and VP of Human Resources as well as CEO of two of the Midstates Group Brands (Quality Quick Print and Panther Premiere Print Solutions). He enjoys family time with his wife Toni of 20 years and 4 children who keep him busy outside the office with sports and activities.

Kim has 14 years of experience with Midstates in human resources, employee relations and national sales. Kim holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Marketing and Management with a minor in Computer Science. Kim is adept at developing creative customer solutions that save customers time and money, and a proven ROI. Her long list of diverse customers illustrates Kim's ability to deliver results for all types of customers. Kim has four children - two sons and two daughters, and a dog named Jayden. In her spare time she enjoys being outside, gardening, yardwork and playing games with her family.
Matt is a second-generation owner having joined the company in 1999. Matt graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Stout with a degree in Print Management and has spent his entire working life in the print business. Matt's vast knowledge of the printing industry is evidenced by our customers and the company's success. Matt receives well-earned respect from our industry peers and has helped to make the company one of the top 140 printing companies in the US.
Matt is the leader of our company instilling a strong customer service ethic, developing and maintaining deep and valued customer relationships and executing a near-fanatical dedication to quality work. Matt is married with four children - two sons and two daughters, values family time and enjoys hunting and fishing. Matt is involved in several peer groups, one with diverse non-print industries and one with only the print industry showing his commitment to continuous learning and sharing of knowledge. As an owner, Matt is always available to customers to answer questions or concerns and makes it a point to be accessible to everyone in the organization.

As Vice President of Sales, Matt is the leader of our national sales team. Matt received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management at the University of South Dakota. Matt had 15+ years in commercial lending in managing customer relationships before joining the Midstates Team. As an Aberdeen native, he regularly gives back to his community. He has served on many boards and committees over the years. Currently, he is the President of the Parks and Recreation Board and the Treasurer of the Aberdeen Family YMCA Board. He has two boys and enjoys golfing.
