Education: DVM, NC State University
As a child, Dr. Chapman frequently searched for animals - turtles, birds, and other wildlife - to rehabilitate. This pastime quickly became a profession when she began a career as a wildlife rehabilitator in Durham, NC.
After receiving her B.S. from University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and her M.S. from Virginia Tech, Dr. Chapman continued her schooling at North Carolina State University, where she earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree.
In 2015, Dr. Chapman began practicing small animal medicine where she developed special interests in dermatology and geriatric medicine. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, North Carolina Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Animal Hospital Association.
To relax, Dr. Chapman enjoys reading, kayaking, and watching scary movies! She lives in Burlington with her wife, Anna; her dogs, Biscuit, Chestnut, and Dill; and cats, June Bug, Olive, and Peanut.

Dr. Swanner's interest in caring for animals was sparked at the age of 10, when he received his veterinary medicine merit badge from the Boy Scouts of America.
From that moment on, he knew he wanted to become a veterinarian. Dr. Swanner followed his dream. He received a B.S. degree in poultry science from NC State University and then graduated from the university's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. Prior to opening Creekside Animal Clinic in 2010, Dr. Swanner was an associate veterinarian at Reidsville Veterinary Hospital in Reidsville, NC, where he provided internal medicine, emergency, critical care, dental, and surgical services.
Dr. Swanner has a special interest in client education, internal medicine, reproductive medicine, dentistry, dermatology, and soft tissue surgery. He enjoys caring for dogs, cats, and the occasional chicken! He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, North Carolina Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Animal Hospital Association. Dr. Swanner is also a certified Fear Free practitioner.
Dr. Swanner lives in rural Alamance County with his wife, Julie; sons, Wesley and William; dogs, Patty, Harper, and Brady; and cat, General Grant.

Growing up on a farm, Dr. Little always knew that veterinary medicine was her calling. As a young girl, she found solace in riding, showing, and caring for horses. Dr. Little's passion for the equine species followed her into adulthood, where she began barrel racing.
Dr. Little earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Auburn University and launched her career in 2010, interning at Hagyard Equine Medical Institute in Lexington, KY. For 2 years, she practiced large animal medicine, eventually making her way to small animal in 2012. Her interests include internal medicine, acupuncture, and other integrative therapies.
In her spare time, Dr. Little enjoys barrel racing and spending time with her family! She lives in Mebane with her husband, Josh; her son, Cade; her Border Collie, Silver; and Australian Shepherds, Scout and Chilly.
