Dr. Kelly Simons

Dr. Kelly Simons has a long-standing devotion to the veterinary field. She started her studies at Michigan State University with an Animal Science degree. Dr. Simons then attended Kansas State University for her graduate Veterinary degree. She is very passionate about mentorship and protecting the human-animal bond with a special interest in companion animal Dentistry and Dental Radiology. Dr. Simons lives in Milford with her husband Robert, their dogs Luna and Apollo, and three cats Pecan, Pistachio, and Peanut. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, cooking/baking, hiking, and reading.

Dr. Richard Ham

Dr. Richard Ham is a 2007 graduate of the Royal Veterinary College of London. (That's a Welsh accent not Australian!!) He moved to the United States in 2009 and now lives in Dexter, MI with his wife Natalie and two children, Callum and Lily. Alongside them are three cats: Emma, Huckleberry, and Gatsby. Dr. Ham started working for Morrison Animal Hospital in December of 2012. He enjoys the many various aspects of first opinion practice, with a particular interest in soft-tissue surgery and internal medicine. Dr. Ham strives to develop strong relationships with his clients as they work together to provide the very best health care for their pets.

Dr. Stephanie Mesaeh

Dr. Stephanie Mesaeh was born and raised in Allen Park, Michigan. She pursued her undergraduate studies in biological sciences with the Honors college at Wayne State University, while working as a veterinary assistant and gaining experience in the veterinary field. In 2020, she became a member of the inaugural class of Long Island University's College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in May 2024. Dr. Mesaeh is passionate about the human animal bond and preventative medicine. Her interests include dentistry and soft tissue surgery and would love to work with exotic species in the future. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and is RECOVER certified; she plans to pursue Fear Free certification in the near future. She loves all animals but has a soft spot for feline patients. Dr. Mesaeh has 2 calico cats, Calle and Sophie, and a Jack Russell Terrier mix named Thor. In her free time, she loves to cook, bake, and lift weights. She loves the outdoors, and going to listen to live music when she can. Dr. Mesaeh looks forward to meeting you and your furry family members!
