Nick V Alvino is a third generation Southern California native. He was born in Newport Beach, raised in Huntington Beach, and currently lives with his wife Susie and young kids son Brady and daughters Ava and Ella in Corona del Mar. After graduating from Northern Arizona University in 2001, Nick started in the mortgage banking industry. For more than 15 years, Nick's work has ranged from first-time home buyer loans to multiple-investment property loans to international investment property loans. He currently specializes in residential purchase loans and refinances in California. After starting on the broker side of the business and growing to build his own branch, Nick is now proud to work as a direct lender.
