Ellen has finished her apprenticeship as dental assistent in 1980. After then, she made a further education as surgical nurse in implantology.
In the beginning of her carreer progression she learns a lot of organisational processes, e.g. ordering, invoices, inventory management and she expands this knowledge all the time.
2007 she got the chance to move into an IT company and could use her knowledge as office worker and assistent of the general management. During this time she has expand her knowledge.
2008 she started at netmedia as personal assistent of the general manager. Since this time she is the fairy godmother within our company. If you have any questions about orders, invoices, packing slips, etc., don't hesitat to contact her personally.
Martin is our Cisco, Motorola, SDH, DWDM, Microsoft and service professional. Just after his education as "Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration" he improves his experience in operation and planing of networks in a company, which works for several chancellaries. He was responsible for operation and further development of the central IT-infrastructure.
Today he is involved in the roll-out process of Router, Switches and CMTS at the biggest german cable provider.
He works hard for his certification as Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE). In very short time he certified as

Udo started his professional as engineer for measuring instruments just behind his education as electronic specialist for electrical energy equipment. During this time he started and finished an extra-occupational study as technician, specialiced in electronic.
1984 he changed in the IT department as engineer for hostsystems and data networks. In 1985 he started a second extra-occopational study as certified technician, specialiced in computer sciences. At this time he managed the team for network administration. Two years later he takes over the leadership for the complete team of network planning, projects and operation. In parallel he invented, with two colleagues a method for data transmission over power lines. His colleagues and he holds two world-wide patents for this methods.
1999 he joined Cisco Systems as Internetworking Consultant in a European team and was responsible for the German Cableprovider. Main focus was the technical consulting for the implementation, incl. business planning of IP-based services, DOCSIS and the design of backbones. During this time he got several Cisco-Certifications.
2007 he founded netmedia. Till this time he is the managing partner and works as Senior Consultant.
Sascha worked after his apprenticeship as electrician as a service technician for lightning protection and switching cabinets. 2008 he got the chance to make his hobby to his professional and started as career changer at netmedia. During this time he developed his knowledge and is today our professional for D-PON, SDH, DWDM, WLAN, DOCSIS and provisioning systems.
In parallel he is studying for his certification as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
