From that point on, we became intrigued and quite honestly, obsessed, with the health benefits of a fresh EVOO and the quality of a balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy. Much different than what we've known for years to be "EVOO", and extraordinarily different than the bottles of oil you find in your local grocery store... Ever since then, we've been dedicated to being able to provide the world's best EVOO to our customers. It's made such a huge difference in our daily lives, constantly surprising us with fresh new harvests, new varieties of EVOO, and last but certainly not least, amazing FLAVOR!
