Biography
Andrew started his career in the public service sector nearly 20 years ago and he has since moved up through multiple management roles across different industries.
In addition to public service, Andrew's background includes work in sales and operations for both private industry and nonprofit. This combination of experiences has led Andrew to the core belief that customer service and common sense will solve almost anything.
Over the past decade, Andrew has spent time working with the Association of Washington Business, Pacific Northwest Defense Coalition and Pacific Northwest Aerospace Alliance. Within all three organizations, he worked closely with businesses of all sizes, from Fortune 100 companies to emerging industries, to understand their needs and to connect them with valuable resources. This type of problem solving through making connections is what Andrew identifies as the most satisfying part of his job.
Andrew is a life-long Washington resident and father of two. Having grown up in rural southwest Washington around farms and forests, he still enjoys spending time in nature with his family in the Capital Forest area near his home. When he's not outdoors, Andrew is a fan of watching documentaries, listening to podcasts and reading books about history, leadership, psychology or just about anything else his kids would deem "boring grown-up stuff."

Matt McKillop brings more than two decades of experience in strategic communications, development and advancement. He has deep experience in campaign planning and communications, major gifts strategy, donor acquisition, board development and stewardship.
Matt works with clients to help them define their cases for philanthropic support, develop compelling messaging to deepen and broaden their donor relationships, and produce engaging materials that support their fundraising objectives. Matt helps teams and organizations develop and act on long-range vision plans, working from initial mission clarification and goal-setting to fully articulated, workable plans. Matt began his career in the Bay Area working at the early intersection of journalism and high tech. In 2006, he joined the University Advancement team at the University of Southern California. Matt later worked at UCLA to develop the strategic plan for the Anderson 2016 campaign at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
More recently, as a campaign director and major-gift officer for Young Life, Matt secured the first-ever seven-figure gift in Greater Los Angeles Young Life history, as well as numerous six-figure gifts supporting minintries and campaigns across the southwestern division.
Matt holds a bachelor's degree in creative writing and a master's degree in professional writing from USC. He is an active member of the Parish of St. Matthew in Pacific Palisades, where he serves as an usher and vice president of the board of St. Matthew's Day Camp, a key outreach program.

Randal has more than 25 years of experience leading high performance teams, leading change from the boardroom to the front line.
Randal's passion and education converge around organizational health. He defines organizational health as a company that makes a lot of money and better people. As a certified process consultant and executive coach, Randal helps C-suite leaders grow in the soft areas: relationships, empowerment, engagement and organizational culture.
During the '90s and early 2000s, Randal and his team led a large global organization through a decade-long, deep-level cultural change. They developed and executed change strategies that transformed the organization, saved millions of dollars and catapulted formerly subsidized countries into a period of significant expansion.
