OPEN PERMIT SERVICES - Key Persons
Jack Wolf, the Managing Partner of Open Permit Services, has lived and worked in Miami-Dade County for over 40 years. While semi-retired in 2000, he found himself faced with the daunting task of closing four open permits on his own home. During the course of what proved to be an eight-month project, and after assisting friends with open permit problems on their homes, he realized there was a business and social need that had to be filled. Thus, Open Permit Services was founded.
