As a Founding Principal, Bill Turner is a key part of Path21's commercial arm along with healthcare project support. With 20 years of experience and over 2 million square feet built projects, Bill excels in complex master-planning, urban infill, and working with municipal entities. Bill plays a key role in project management, schematic design, and design development.
He believes that the crafting of buildings that are healthy, exciting, and functional, while fostering quality of life is imperative to the future of sustainable architecture. In 2020, Bill was a member of the national board of directors for the American Institute of Architects. As part of his education, Bill studied under Pritzker and Gold Medalist Glenn Murcutt in Australia.
Bill lives in Conifer, Colorado with his wife and 2 dogs enjoying the outdoors of the west.
Jacqueline Lund is a transplant from the Pacific Northwest - having lived in Colorado for the last five years, Jacki graduated from the University of Colorado with a Master of Architecture. She has spent much of her time gaining construction and drafting experience through the Design/Build program and worked as a Teacher's Assistant for the Sustainable Systems class. As a life-long learner, she regards architecture to be rooted in the health of place and the human experience. She looks forward to continuing her education and begin pursuit towards licensure.

Joanna is devoted to using architecture as a tool to bring about positive change in the world. With a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and an eagerness to learn, she seeks opportunities for growth and excellence. She puts her all into every project she takes on and strives to bring her unique style to everything she does. She is an enthusiastic, creative, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for painting, dancing, and spending time with family. Through hard work and determination, she hopes to reach her goal and become a licensed architect.
John Menno has over 15 years of experience in architectural planning, design, production drawing management and construction administration. His work has primarily involved healthcare and medical services. Project responsibilities often include managing consultant and client relations, feasibility studies, master planning, and turn-key project management. His projects have ranged in size from a construction budget of 156 million dollars to 50,000 dollars covering a range in square footage of 400,000 SF to 2500 SF. This gives John Menno a great degree of flexibility in project type.
John has gained his experience in healthcare architecture working with one of the most well known Healthcare Architecture firms in the United States; Perkins+Will. After 13 years there, he joined Path21 to bring solid representation to healthcare facilities in the Rocky Mountain Region.
Justin Trammell holds architecture, ecology, and visual arts degrees from the University of Colorado - Boulder/Denver. While in graduate school, he was the AIAS Freedom By Design student group director, completed the Design-Build certificate program, and was the design team lead for the Solar Decathlon Design Competition. Prior to Path21, Justin was involved in several civic projects, developing architectural designs to enhance rural Colorado communities. He now aims to grow his healthcare design knowledge and deliver projects supporting social and personal well-being.

Nicholas Stenerson graduated from CU Denver College of Architecture and Planning. During his time at CU Denver, he was the Treasurer for the American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS) - CU Denver chapter. Nicholas has nine years of construction experience in the United States Army Corps of Engineers where we worked both on mechanical and architectural projects. Nicholas is currently pursuing his architecture licensure and growing his knowledge within the healthcare and commercial fields.

Pravalika is a passionate designer from India and has been living in Colorado for the past 3 years. She graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture program from BMS School of Architecture, Bengaluru. She believes in creating design stories with logic, purpose, and collaboration. Pravalika is in constant pursuit of expanding her knowledge of art and architecture. When not working Pravalika loves to paint, travel and dance. She is also a trained Indian classical dancer. She is looking forward to pursuing her licensure.

Selena is an emerging professional with a passion for exploring the connections between psychology, philosophy, and ecology, and how these disciplines directly influence architecture and the world of design. With a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from CU Denver, Selena possesses an analytical mindset, collaborative spirit, and unwavering drive, which fuels her insatiable curiosity and continuous expansion of knowledge. She is committed to harnessing her knowledge and expertise to address societal challenges and create positive environments that promote well-being. Selena is motivated to pursue her Master's degree in Architecture and gain licensure, aiming to deepen her knowledge and make a lasting impact in the field.
Terry is a Missouri native who migrated to Colorado five yeas ago with his wife and two dogs. Terry spent the first 15 years of his career working in the Residential Millwork industry before pivoting to a career in BIM Management. At Path 21 Terry's responsibilities include the management of in house and consultant Revit Models as well as aiding in the production of construction documentation.
