Ms. Nadel received her J.D. in 1988 from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and her B.S. also from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1986 (degree conferred; actual course completion 1985). She performed her legal internship at the Agency for International Development, Office of the General Counsel in the Summer of 1987... Ms. Nadel 's professional memberships include the American Inns of Court (since 1992), the John C. Lifland American Inn of Court (since 1995), and the Linn Inn Alliance. She is also a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Association.
