Hello, my name is Oskar Stal (Oskar Stål in Swedish) and currently work at the Internet music service Spotify. Our vision is to provide the right music for every moment to all people around the world... Or work is not really the appropriate verb. Being at Spotify is not really a job, it's more like a life commitment and partnership. We all work really hard to fulfill our vision and this goes far beyond any normal job. We are a huge group of people all bound by this amazing vision, and this bond makes us work as one team with one shared goal.
