We realise that most people do not have any experience in design and constructing buildings, so apart from creating very detailed documentation, we are also there every step of the way to provide guidance on the best way forward and to explain the pros and cons of every decision. We prefer to spend the time to complete most of our documentation before construction begins so that detailed cost estimates are in place before the client even hires the contractor. Even with all the construction documents in place, contractors and vendors constantly require information and clarifications, which is why we are on call even when we are not at site. We have been doing all this for over twenty years... We try to make every project as environmentally sustainable as possible by regularly using roof insulation, AAC block masonry, double-glazed windows, rainwater harvesting and solar panels.
