Signature, on 10 th October 2024, of a convention between the government of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg represented by H.E. Vice-Prime Minister Xavier Bettel and Institut Pasteur du Laos represented by H.E. Minister of Health Dr. Bounfeng Phoummalaysith and Dr. Philippe Buchy, General Director. A groundbreaking ceremony marked the launch of the construction of new laboratories at the Institut Pasteur du Laos for a total amount of 837,000 Euros. Number of Lao and foreigner Officials attended the ceremony.
