Anthony Clendenen

Job Titles:
  • Modern Datacenter and Cloud Architect / Microsoft
Anthony is a Senior Modern Datacenter and Cloud Architect. With over 20 years working in technology he is continuously learning something new. He enjoys the challenge of new opportunities with each customer or project. His main focus now is architecting and integrating infrastructure solutions, be that on premise, a hybrid solution, or cloud only. His previous experience of working with customers that manage 700K+ computers, and customers in every vertical allows him to bring a wealth of experience and breadth of understanding. Anthony also focuses on making sure his customers are delighted. It isn't uncommon for him to get birthday wishes and Christmas cards from his customers. Why he joined the team... Anthony began his obsession of pushing boundaries when he was still in grade school and he started racing two cycle go karts, topping out around 120 MPH. He is also a life-long learner and does his best work when working with a team of elite individuals in their own rights. Anthony spends his down time out in the desert trails of Arizona, training for his next "ultra-runner" race which typically lasts for 12, 18, or 24 hours. It is this type of self-determination that drives him and attracts him to work with others that have similar traits.

Daniel Randall

Job Titles:
  • Integration and Cloud Architect
Daniel joined Phidiax as a Integration and Cloud Architect. He provides technical expertise to comprehend and deliver technical implementations of all complexities. Why he joined the team... Daniel was developing his first programs, on a TI-99/4A home computer, before he started learning higher mathematics in school; as such, he was exposed to base-16 (hexadecimal), base-8 (octal), variables, and conditional logic before attending day one of Algebra. He started out his college years focused on music composition and performance; but a semester in Electronic Sound Synthesis helped him realize that he enjoyed programming more than music composition. The process of creating layered orchestrations and the process of creating multithreaded applications are very similar to Daniel; he noticed that he dreams in code and dreams in orchestrations almost equally. A couple of years later, Daniel started a software venture to focus on his profession full-time. Since his only software product was a small-business accounting system, competition from the larger vendors of generalized accounting software made it necessary for Daniel to pursue a more specialized technical role. Daniel's career appeared to be a straight march into the halls of Microsoft; as his work on Group Policy got noticed, and eventually purchased, by Microsoft in 2006. Never one to sit still for too long, Daniel contributed to the success of three Microsoft teams: Group Policy, MMC, and Bing Rewards. After Microsoft, Daniel branched out into more diverse technical areas, such as native Mac/iOS/Droid development, PHP, Ruby on Rails, and advanced Digital Signal Processing software. Daniel spent several years working in the volatile software start-up space, on a quest to apply his skills to the cutting edge; he created or repaired applications for taxi hailing, personal security, software licensing, scientific research, digital audio/video processing/streaming, and encryption. To replace volatility with stability, while remaining on the cutting edge, Daniel was intrigued by the business model of Phidiax, and chose to join the team.

Dave Milner

Job Titles:
  • Collaboration and Cloud Architect
Dave joined the Phidiax team as a Collaboration and Cloud Architect. His extensive background in SharePoint as well as cloud-based development on the Microsoft stack adds remarkable value to our clients and their collaboration and cloud development initiatives. He is an evangelist of the latest cloud-based development methodologies and practices, collaboration, and agile methodologies. His focus is to collaborate with development teams and architects and provide cutting-edge industry solutions to businesses looking to enhance their development and collaboration offerings with a cloud presence. Why he joined the team... Throughout Dave's career in software development, experiences on teams and projects led him to the values set forth in the Agile Manifesto, which he is a signer. These values led him to obtain his Certified Scrum Master credential, investigating methods that support the tenets set forth in the Agile Manifesto put into practice. Dave immediately noticed Phidiax philosophy and culture set up to support similar philosophies, as well as Phidiax stellar reputation in the community and high level of technical aptitude at every level. To continue his growth and hunger for cloud technology, Dave was looking for a partner with similar drive and goals where his talents could add a piece of the puzzle in Collaboration products and modern software development to inspire some synergy in solution delivery. He found that work as a sole entrepreneur had some limitations as to the breadth and reach that would be possible in helping customers, and so after meeting Jason and talking with many different talented individuals at Phidiax, Dave decided that Phidiax was the right team to drive synergy and collaboration in technology to the next level.
