PIEDMONT PARK FIRE

The Piedmont Park Fire District is a Special Purpose District that was formed in 1963. The District has three elected officials that serve on the Commission Board. Our fire personnel respond to Medical Emergencies, Fire Calls, HAZMAT, and Technical Rescue calls within our jurisdiction and the jurisdictions around us through automatic aid. Piedmont Park Fire District is also a part of the Greenville County Rapid Intervention Team (R.I.T.) agreement that allows for neighboring jurisdictions to request a full Engine Company to respond for the sole purpose of rescuing firefighters who have become lost, injured, or trapped inside a hazardous area (ex. house fire)...
