Anthony joined PIER Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, LLC in September 2013 as an associate broker. Wagner was formerly with Pier Commercial Real Estate, LLC as an associate salesperson. Anthony has broad experience working with landlord, tenants, buyers and sellers in the retail, office and industrial market sectors. Current projects include exclusive representation on over 500,000 sq. ft. or retail power center space and exclusive representation/site selection for Murphy Oil in the coastal Georgia market. Prior to joining Pier Commercial Real Estate, LLC, he began his commercial real estate career as an associate with Melaver Mouchet in January 2006. Anthony worked in the IT field in various capacities including as a project engineer, senior business analysts and as a regional sales manager. Anthony obtained a Bachelor of Science/Computer Engineering degree from Georgia Tech in 1999 and his professional designations include the CCIM designation and the LEED AP® certification.
In 1993 Cari joined Hugh H. Armstrong, Jr. (Mack) at Hugh Armstrong Real Estate Company and served as Mr. Armstrong's assistant and bookkeeper until his death in 2002. Cari is an integral part of the day to day office administration at PIER Commercial Real Estate Management, LLC. Cari earned a B.S. degree in Journalism in 1991 from Georgia Southern University and obtained her Georgia real estate license in 1994. Cari is responsible for the bookkeeping for properties managed by PIER Commercial Real Estate Management, LLC.
Joel began his real estate career in 1994 and was formerly with Pier Commercial Real Estate, LLC. Joel joined PIER Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, LLC in October 2013. Joel has specialized in commercial and retail sales and leasing in Savannah and throughout the coastal Georgia and South Carolina area. Joel began his real estate career at Garfunkel Development, LLC after earning his B.S. degree in finance with a concentration in real estate from the University of Alabama 1994. Over the last 20 years, Joel has been active in the brokerage and development of a number of multi-million dollar investments in the Southeast. In 2005 Joel formed P&H Commercial Real Estate, which specialized in property management, sales, leasing and consulting on several developments in the area.
Joel is an active member in the local real estate community as a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors and the Savannah Hilton Head Commercial Real Estate Alliance.
Lynn began his real estate career in Atlanta, GA in 1985. He was affiliated with King Industrial Realty for over fifteen years and was recognized as one of the top Industrial Brokers in Atlanta during this time. While with King, he represented both tenants and landlords in fulfilling their industrial real estate needs. A sampling of the companies Lynn represented included CSX Railroad, United Parcel Service, Panasonic, Brinks and The Athlete's Foot. Lynn moved, with his wife Terri, to Savannah in 2000. While in Savannah, Lynn has continued to represent CSX Railroad along with L'Oreal, USA, Temcor and Keebler. Lynn's extensive Industrial real estate experience means PIER Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, LLC clients will receive top representation to meet their needs.
Ryan is the President and owner of PIER Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, LLC and PIER Commercial Real Estate Management, LLC. In this capacity, Ryan is involved in all facets of the company including business development, brokerage and property management. Ryan has extensive brokerage experience in all market sectors including Retail, Office, Industrial, Land and Investment. Ryan has lead teams through all phases of horizontal land development and redevelopment of retail and office projects. Ryan worked with his step-father at Hugh Armstrong Real Estate Company until taking over after his death in 2002.
Ryan began his real estate career in Tampa, FL as a real estate appraiser and consultant with Marshall and Stevens, Inc. (1991), a Philadelphia based full service appraisal and consulting company. In this capacity, Ryan traveled the Eastern United States on valuation projects. Assignments included manufacturing plants and industrial facilities, hotels, resort properties, retail centers, ACLF's, apartment portfolios, and land tracts and mineral and water rights. Ryan currently holds the CCIM designation.
Ryan Attended Georgia Southern University and obtained his Bachelor of Business with an emphasis on real estate and banking and was also a member of the Georgia Southern Football team as a place kicker. Ryan resides in the Historic Isle of Hope community with his wife Sharon, daughter Pier and their dog, Ellie.

Sharon joined PIER Commercial Real Estate Management in 2013 as an administrative assistant. Sharon works directly with the property management division helping with administrative and promotion. Prior to joining PIER Commercial Real Estate Management, Sharon was in the healthcare industry working as a licensed physical therapist through 2010. Sharon is also actively involved in early childhood education as a teaching specialist and and Orton-Gillingham Dyslexia teaching professional. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia in 1987, a Bachelor of Science from Georgia State in 1995, and a Masters of Early Childhood Education from Armstrong State University in 2017.
