PEDIATRIC PLAY THERAPY LEARNING COALITION

In 2010, a small group of parents, teachers, therapists and other concerned citizens collaborated together and combined their resources to establish Pediatric Play Therapy Learning Coalition, Inc. The program meets Thursday, from 6:00pm to 7:00pm for six to eight weeks. The facilitators will then take two weeks off to plan new thematic activates depending on the school calendar. All facilitators are Infant Toddler Specialists and Public School Teachers. The curriculum consists of educational activities based on each child's Individualized Education Plan, play therapy, music therapy, and developmental therapy. Results over the last years have been phenomenal!... Children ages 2-16 years old, with a diagnosis of Autism and/or Developmental Delay, are served by Pediatric Play Therapy Learning Coalition, Inc... Pediatric Play Therapy Learning Coalition, Inc provides educational programs and opportunities for atypically developing children.
