Charlie Pearson

Charlie has extensive recruitment experience gained locally and abroad, where he worked for a global recruitment firm. Prior to joining Quinn Allan in 2021 as a Partner, Charlie led a successful Accounting and Finance practice in Melbourne for four years and London for five years prior. The training and foundation of his recruitment career, along with his global perspective, have equipped Charlie with a high level of commercial acumen balanced with the ability to pay attention to finer details whilst delivering a professional service. Specialising in accounting and finance, Charlie and his team exclusively recruit contract accounting roles. Hiring contractors can be reactive, for the most part, whether backfilling the BAU work for a project, year-end support or Christmas and parental leave covers.
