Technical Service Manager supervises a team of Technicians. Install and trouble shoot dishwashing machines, laundry machines etc is his forte. Specializes in technical work planning, designing, evaluating and implementing control systems and manages a team of technical support Engineers/Technicians to deliver customer support effectively. Plans and establishes work schedules and direct technical support staff. Provide technical support on Protek's installation of dishwashing machines and trouble shoot at customers' premises. Manages Service Department with workshops, store and service administration elements.

Also monitors the daily operation and meetings with current and potential clients. He achieves high standard of performance from his team.
Ex Technical Services Manager with 3 decades of experience now manage Export Sales. Take charge of Factory/Production duties. Monitor factory production area and its relevant technical aspect. He is responsible for organization, administration and implementation of company's sales objectives in specific geographical area. Prepares and conducts training courses for overseas clients and distributors' employees.
