RANCHO HIGHLANDS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

Rancho Highlands Community Association is a California non-profit corporation consisting of those owners of homes within the boundaries of Rancho Highlands. Rancho Highlands is a prestigious community with easy access from the 15-freeway. The community was developed by three different builders and consists of various home styles from Mediterranean to Cape Cod. There are three separate entries off Ynez Road south of Rancho California Road. Rancho Highland's amenities include one seven acre Recreation Center located off Preece Lane. The Recreation Center features one tot-lot; two tennis courts, a basketball court, picnic tables and barbecues as well as one pool, spa and wader. This area is gated and requires an access key. A second un-fenced two acre park is located off Quiet Meadow. This quiet neighborhood park contains a tot-lot and picnic tables.
