Built in 1921 as the carriage house for the estate of Henry A. Rhodes, prominent Tacoma merchant, investor, and developer, this home is a rare example of Tudor Revival architecture in Pierce County. It has had several sensitive modifications to date, maintaining the style and many of the original features.
