Mr. Kheel's breadth of experience on a wide variety of commercial matters makes him particularly effective in helping parties reach a negotiated resolution where one is indicated or navigate through arbitration or litigation where it is not. Mr. Kheel practiced for more than 40 years with Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP during which he focused his attention on dispute resolution, including litigation, mediation and arbitration. Mr. Kheel continued to practice in those areas after he left the firm in 2010 primarily as a mediator and arbitrator.
