Mr. Gautam Nath, is an FCA, fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with more than 30 years of general management experience spanning not for profits, as well as corporate clients. Mr. Nath started his career as Manager with A.F. Ferguson & Co. and supervised several consultancy projects in Utility Sector in India and various Asian & Gulf countries. He was instrumental in SAMS affiliation with The Rummler - Brache Group, USA, a boutique business process improvement and management consultancy from 1997 through 2000. Mr. Nath has led SAMS since 1990 and has largely been focused on health & development sector practice. Areas of specialization include Organization Development, Recruitment & Executive Selection, Pay-rolling Services and Supply Chain & Inventory Management Services, Change Management, Business Process Improvement & Other Management Consultancy Services.

Mr. Sanjay Rastogi, Executive Director (MCS), SAMS is a fellow-member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with more than 25 years of experience and is a Procurement cum Finance Expert. He has close to 17 years of hands-on exposure to inventory management of national health programmes including RNTCP, NVBDCP, NACO and UIP and has been directly overseeing the AMC/PM part of the FIND -RNTCP project. The Management Consulting Division (MCS), headed by Sanjay has been involved in several Assessment Reviews and has led SAMS Team in assessment of adequacy of cold chain equipment in the state of Uttar Pradesh for Universal Immunization Programme, DDT assessment in 6 states for NVBDCP. He has also been involved in several other assessments for TB & Malaria Drug Store Depots under RNTCP and NVBDCP, respectively. The strong finance background coupled with Procurement and SCM experience provide a very strong head-start to the Team.

Vipin Kumar is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a qualified Information Systems Auditor from ICAI. He is working with SAMS as a Sr. Manager Finance and has experience of handling multiple projects related to recruitment, supply chain and payrolls. His earlier work profiles include working as an Auditor in a CA Firm and as a Zonal Manager - Finance in a major Indian Ship Classification Society. He has an experience of over 8 years working in the areas of Accounts, Internal & Statutory Audits, Finance and Taxation practices in India since 2008. He is well versed in Information Technology and has hands-on experience of systems designing and development, as well.
