In 1970, after completing a degree in fine arts and jewelry design at Indiana State University, Sarah Applegate came to Bloomington to establish residence and continue jewelry design study at Indiana University. More recently, she has also studied advanced stone setting, gem identification, and diamond grading with the Gemological Institue of America, earning certificates in each category... A unique ring designed and sculpted by Sarah Applegate. It is made of 14 karat white gold with a one carat diamond
