Step 1: Take a large deep cooking pan and pour two spoons of cooking oil in the pan and allow for half a minute for oil to heat...
Step2: Add 5 cloves, 5 cardamom, 1 tea spoon whole black pepper, 1-2 piece cinnamon and 1 tea spoon whole jeera (cumin seeds) until the cracking sound from jeera is heard ( this would take about 2 minutes). Add 3 bay leaves and allow to fry for about 15 seconds. Add two tea-spoon ginger garlic pastes into it and sort/stir the entire mixture for about two minutes.
