RUMSON ROYALTY

Rumson Royalty Corporation was formed in 1985 when the founder transferred 45,000 acres of mineral interest acquired in previous years to the company. Time passed and in 1995 our name changed to Rumson Royalty Company, LLC. In 2010 Rumson Royalty 1031, LP was formed to acquire specifically targeted royalty interest in unconventional resource areas across North America. The Rumson companies are not involved in the difficult and risky business of drilling and operating, nor do we participate in working interest ownership. Rumson remains privately owned by the original founder.
