SPM Document Solutions was formed in 2013, by Kevin Godwin and Michael Adamek. It's predecessor, Outsource Data Center, was formed in 1994 by two industry veterans, Jim Godwin and Porter Phillips. The legacy of that organization is reflected in SPM. The staff is dynamic, but draws on years of experience and consistent performance.
