Sincap Group Limited is principally engaged in the mining of gypsum minerals and trading of alumina and coal in the PRC... In 2005, we extended our operations into commodity trading, beginning with alumina, and have since established a wide network of suppliers and customers in the country. We began coal trading operations in May 2011 after receiving our coal trading licence in January that year. We obtained an international import and export trading licence in October 2011 that would allow us to engage in the trading of commodities such as coal internationally.
