Managing Director Ian Matthews has been involved in High End Composite manufacturing and repair since 1983, during which time he has worked for and managed international company's involved in Aerospace, F1 and Indy car Motorsports, OEM production boat building, Racing catamaran building, Carbon bike frame manufacturing and Specialised custom projects and now acts mainly as an independent consultant but still does not mind getting his hands dirty.
