SIETI was initiated in 2009 as a ‘business arm' of the Singapore Institute of Engineering Technologists (SIET), a professional body which was established in 1980 to cater for the needs and interests of Engineering graduates from Polytechnic and ITEs. It was registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) - formerly known as the Registry of Companies and Businesses of Singapore (RCB). SIETI currently has regional office in Singapore and liaison officers in Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, Australia, and the People's Republic of China... In addition to training, SIETI provides ‘Total Career Solutions' to students and working adults which include both ‘Career Planning' and ‘Career Development'
