Dr. Brown has over 12 years of experience in an urgent care and family medicine setting, serving the Jacksonville community. Dr. Alexander Lampley is a board certified, and fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon with subspecialty training in hand surgery. He attended and graduated from Bucknell University and Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University, with honors. After studying orthopedic surgery at the esteemed Duke University Medical Center he completed a Hand and Upper Extremity fellowship with extensive training in microvascular surgery at the prestigious Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center in Indianapolis, IN.
Dr. Lampley specializes in treatments for both adult and pediatric disorders pertaining to the upper extremities, including the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand. He has a particular interest in sports-related injuries, peripheral nerve conditions, arthritis, and upper extremity reconstruction utilizing nerve and tendon transfers.

Dr. Alexis Mugno is a board-qualified podiatric specialist with extensive training and experience. She attended Barry University in Miami Shores, FL, where she received her Doctorate degree in Podiatric Medicine and was awarded a place on the Dean's List. She furthered her training by participating in a three-year, high volume, Podiatric Medicine and Surgical Residency program at Jackson North Medical Center in Miami, FL. Following his fellowship, Dr. Remias served on an American Indian reservation in Tohatchi, NM as well as in Crownpoint, NM where he provided medical care to the Navajo Indian population. Dr. Guilherme Giusti is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic hand surgery specialist. Dr. Giusti first attended medical school at Escola Paulista de Medicina in São Paulo, Brazil. During his time in Brazil, he continued his training and completed both his orthopedic surgery residency and hand surgery fellowship. Dr. Giusti then relocated and completed a microvascular research fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, and an orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago in Chicago, IL. Dr. Giusti wrapped up his extensive training period at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN with a hand surgery fellowship.

Dr. Jeffrey B. Burnette is a board-certified, fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Hip and Knee Replacement. - Certified Fellowship - Trained Orthopedic Joint Replacement Surgeon
Dr. Michael Robinson is a board-certified fellowship-trained orthopedic joint replacement surgeon with a focus on hips and knees. Dr. Robinson attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City for both his undergraduate and medical doctorate degrees. He then went on to the Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii for his surgical internship. After completing his internship, he attended the Naval Aviation Medical Institute where he was designated a Naval Flight Surgeon. Following this training and a tour as a flight surgeon, Dr. Robinson completed his residency in orthopedic surgery and subspecialty fellowship in adult reconstruction and joint replacement.
Dr. Robinson has proudly served in the Navy for the past 21 years, retiring at the rank of Captain. He served as Department Head of Orthopedic Surgery at the NATO Role 3 Multinational Medical Unit in Kandahar, Afghanistan and the Naval Hospital Jacksonville. He was selected and served two years as the Chief Medical Officer at Naval Hospital Jacksonville. Dr. Robinson has received multiple awards for his service, including a Meritorious Service Medal and two Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals.

Dr. Nolan Gall is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician with fellowship training in interventional pain management. He earned his medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Stanford University where he served as Chief Resident and thereafter, his fellowship in interventional pain medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
He seeks to optimize his patients' quality of life by reducing their pain, improving their function and helping them to achieve their clinical goals. He treats the spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions with experience across a diverse patient population, some of whom include collegiate, NFL and NBA athletes.

He attended University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA, where he completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Dr. Roettges continued on his educational training and received his medical degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, IL. He went on to study and complete a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Arizona, Banner University Medical Center, in Tucson, AZ. Following his residency, he completed a fellowship in Adult Hip and Knee Reconstruction at the renowned Mayo Clinic in his hometown of Jacksonville, FL.
Dr. Roettges has spent his career perfecting the direct anterior total hip replacement as well as performing hundreds of knee replacement surgeries each year. He is on the leading edge of innovation and was the first surgeon at Flagler Hospital to utilize the MAKO for robotic assisted knee replacement. Dr. Roettges also performs surgeries at the new state-of-the-art Ascension St. Vincent's St. Johns hospital.

Dr. Rahul Deshmukh is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, advanced arthroscopy, minimally invasive joint replacement and trauma. Dr. Deshmukh received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA. During his time there, he served as the assistant physician for the Boston Celtics. As a Jacksonville native, Dr. Deshmukh is proud to bring his expertise as a nationally recognized orthopedic surgeon to his local community. He is the current Chief of Orthopedics and Director of Orthopedic Center of Excellence for Ascension St. Vincent's Southside. He also serves as the team physician for the Jacksonville Icemen hockey team.

Dr. Hurford received his medical degree from Harvard University in Boston, MA where he also completed the Harvard Combined Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program. He then went on to complete a spine surgery fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis, MO.
In addition to his medical degree, Dr. Hurford received a doctoral degree in Genetics from Harvard University, stemming from his love of research.

Dr. Ron Patel is a board certified, fellowship trained Interventional Pain Management specialist with over 12 years of experience treating the Jacksonville, FL community. Dr. Patel earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University School of Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where he graduated top 5% of his class. After completing an internship at Nassau County Medical Center in Long Island, NY. He then completed his residency training in Anesthesiology at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL.
Dr. Patel developed a passion for helping those in pain and pursued an Interventional Pain Management Fellowship at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY.

Dr. Stephen Arndt is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in complex conditions of the foot and ankle both surgically and non-surgically. He focuses on an array of issues and has a special interest in total ankle replacements, ankle arthroscopies, ankle and hind foot reconstruction and various forefoot procedures. Dr. Arndt has participated in many research studies and published multiple corresponding articles.

He remained at SUNY Downstate Medical Center to complete his residency in orthopedic surgery, and then went on to Florida Orthopedic Institute in Tampa, FL where he completed his fellowship in orthopedic trauma.
