Rebecca Hultberg Shuler

Rebecca Hultberg Shuler graduated with a BA degree in psychology in 1997. She has interned and worked in a variety of social service settings: UCSF Langley Porter Hospital, Bay Area Community Services Townhouse, Mount Diablo Unified School District, and skilled nursing facilities. In 1999, she combined her love of psychology, sales, marketing, and people into a career in staffing and recruiting in social services. She has recruited in California, Massachusetts, Arizona, New York, Connecticut, Oregon, and New Hampshire. Rebecca started as a recruiter and was quickly promoted to National Operations Manager and then President, and in 2012, she created and founded Social Service Staffing & Recruiting, Inc. Over twenty-three years of experience in social service recruiting partnered with her education in psychology and her direct service experience in social service agencies makes her an ideal career consultant for candidates and recruiting consultant for clients. She has a passion for helping people find work and agencies find great people. She fell into this field but found it to be a perfect mix of all of her interests, and she is passionate about making quality placements and helping agencies and candidates meet their goals.
