Allyson Flanagan

After graduating from the University of Queensland in 2005 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Ally started at Stafford Physiotherapy and Pilates in 2007. She has also worked as a physiotherapist alongside some of London's top orthopaedic surgeons and private practices while working and travelling in the UK. Ally has undertaken further study in The Watson Headache® Approach, advanced segmental and dry needling, equipment and floor Pilates, the foot and ankle, and taping. Her passion is treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries especially headaches, neck pain, back & pelvic pain, ACL (knee reconstruction) rehabilitation and foot and ankle treatment and rehabilitation. Ally would love to help you move better and feel better, allowing you to achieve your goals be it getting back on the sporting field or returning to work. Allyson is a highly experienced Physiotherapist with a focus on hands-on physiotherapy and exercise prescription. Her passion is treating headaches and foot and ankle injuries. She has trained in the Watson Approach for headache management as well as equipment and floor Pilates instruction and segmental and dry needling.

Brad Arthars

Brad joins us as a new graduate straight out of university following over 5 years of study and research. Working as both a group and individual personal trainer previously, Brad is passionate about the use of exercise and manual therapy to facilitate improvements in daily function. Brad also has a strong interest in the management of persistent pain presentations and improving quality of life through education and graded return to activity. Brad will soon be undertaking his Pilates qualifications and is looking forward to continuing to expand his repertoire.

Greg Holmes

Greg is an experienced hands-on physiotherapist with an emphasis on improving function through manual therapy and exercise prescription. Greg enjoys treating a wide variety of injuries and has completed further training in chronic pain education and management.

Jessica takes a holistic approach and is trained in a range of massage techniques including cupping, relaxation, deep tissue and pregnancy.

Jody Mak

Jody graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2000, with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, and gained experience in public hospitals, private practices, aged care and rehabilitation center for people with disability in Hong Kong. Jody's passion is treating musculoskeletal injuries and neurological disorders. She facilitates clients to optimise their functional movement, with hands on therapy, acupuncture and exercise therapy.

Sandra Day
