Hi, My name is Terry and I am the owner and teacher for Terry's Teddy Bear Preschool and Child Care since 2003. After being a preschool and Sunday school teacher for several years at Good Shepherd Lutheran School, I decided to start my own preschool and child care facility. I have a BA degree in Liberal Studies with an emp hasis in early childhood development. I stu died and observ ed the philosophies of Montessori, Waldorf and Emilia Reggio, then adapted my own academic based curriculum combining the concepts I liked from each school. This is a theme based curriculum which includes all of the prekindergarten skills for social, emotional and physical developments, so your child enters kindergarten with confidence.
